-Breakfast
Pomegranate juice without cayenne pepper. I didnt feel like tatsing pepper first thing in the morning today.
Not planning on working out today, got a lot of things to do before i get back to work tomorrow.Also tonight will probably be the night i cut off noodles for good. Wish me luck.

Nutrition
Started the day with a glass of warm water and lemon juice and then been drinking only water for the next couple of hours. Then at about 2:30 pm I had a very fulfilling glass of pomegranate juice, no sugar added but with a dash of cayenne pepper. Fucking bliss. Dinner tonight will be instant noodles. Dont panic! I’ll cut that out soon enough.
Exercise
100 situps
100 crunches
50 psuhups
Outdoor running for 60 minutes.
